Formula 1 Data Intelligence

DeltaTraceF1 telemetry that speaks your language.

DeltaTrace turns raw Formula 1 data into clear stories: lap-time deltas, tyre life, and race context in one fast workflow. Start in Cockpit for a season snapshot, move into Analytics for corner-level comparisons, and finish in Season Hub for cross-race context.

  • Compare drivers and stints in seconds
  • Jump from season view to signal-level traces
  • Built for fans, students, and engineers

What DeltaTrace Gives You

Three focused ways into the same data engine.

Season Cockpit

One driver, one season. See standings, team context, and key weekends at a glance before you dive into traces.

Launch Cockpit

Telemetry Analytics

Overlay speed, throttle, brake, RPM, and gear. Filter by stint, compound, and race phase to understand where lap time moves.

Launch Analytics

Season Hub

Compare races across a season or multiple years. Track weekend summaries, finishing orders, and performance trends in one place.

Built For How You Actually Watch F1

Different entry points, same comparison-first workflow.

For students and engineers

Use DeltaTrace as a lightweight lab: validate setup ideas, test tyre and stint hypotheses, and practise race analysis with real timing and telemetry.

For content creators and writers

Back up articles, videos, and threads with charts and race context, powered by the same data workflow behind DeltaTrace.

For fans who love detail

Go beyond “driver X was faster” and see where and why pace changed around the lap, corner by corner.

Under The Hood

A browser-first surface built on real timing and telemetry feeds.

DeltaTrace is built on official-style F1 timing and telemetry sources, processed through a Python analysis stack and presented in a frontend designed for fast, comparison-first reading.

The focus is not on cramming every metric onto the screen. It is on helping you move from season story to lap detail without losing context.

Some data views might take a moment to appear as DeltaTrace fetches and processes full timing and telemetry feeds in the background. If a page feels a little slow at first load, that’s usually because it is pulling in fresh data rather than serving a simplified snapshot. Once everything has loaded, interactions like switching drivers, laps, or stints should stay smooth without needing to reload the page.

Data Sources OpenF1 + Jolpica

Live and historical feeds for telemetry, schedules, standings, and race results.

Processing Python Analysis Stack

Telemetry, stint, and race-level processing tuned for quick reads and direct comparisons.

Frontend Fast Comparison UX

Charts and route states built to open a race, compare drivers, and keep the workflow moving.

Keep DeltaTrace Evolving
